* Ladies and gents over 18 years of age are welcome to come and join;

* Have the enthusiasm and commitment to learn to skate, if you've not skated before;

* MUST wear protective wrist/ elbow/ knee padding, mouth guard & helmet at all times; -we have a limited supply of padding to hire out;

* Bring yer skates or borrow a friend’s pair;

* Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in;
